Stephen Hercy is a Body Designer who is perhaps best known for his work "re-creating" the female physique. Originally from Canada, Hercy aquired a unique reputation early on as one of body building's more proficient practitioners. Hercy's approach to body building began as a youth of 14 when he looked in the mirror and decided he should turm his tall skinny frame into the more muscular and masculine type that many young men desire but are not always willing to strive to achieve. From that time Hercy started to train. He concurrently began a rigorous independent study of the sport of power lifting and weight training by reading major publications, Weider magazines, anatomy books and medical literature on the subject, those that were available.
