After the first 15 hours, the client is suggested to train on their own for about 1-1½ hours a day, 1-3 days a week. Use this second tool of success to take it to the next level to hone in on those awesome biceps, six pack abs, broad shoulders, smooth chiseled chest, tight buns, sexy back and athletic legs, all while increasing flexibility and experiencing a spiritual rejuvenation. This level consists of a two hour evaluation where goals will be discussed and detailed photos taken. After completing the supervised sessions with a specialized trainer, the client is suggested to train on their own for 1½- 2 hours a day, 2-4 days a week. Stephen Hercy will re-evaluate the muscular design of your body, and readjust your program to match the progress you have made. Achieve Perfection This master level is for the person who is already well defined and distinctly muscular. With a smoking hot body already intact, this level can help you achieve perfection for competition level, fitness modeling, acting, and competitive sports. Take it to the next level to achieve extreme flexibility and perfectly cut definitions of your body. This custom developed program begins with a two hour evaluation where goals will be discussed and detailed photos taken. The client will then begin the 32 hours of on site instruction, where they will be taught how to use the program, and to correctly angle their body to maximize the efficiency of each exercise. After completing the supervised sessions with your specialized trainer, the client is then suggested to continue training on their own, for a recommended 1½ -2 hours, 4-6 days a week.
